Tenant Handbook

Building Hours

The building entrance doors and elevators are open to tenants, visitors and messengers according to the
following schedule. After these hours, weekends or holidays, tenants must use their Kastle access card or key fob to enter the buildings and access the elevators.
 
2001 Jefferson Davis Highway
Lobby Doors and Elevators:  7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Monday – Friday;  8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Saturday
 

2100 Crystal Drive
Lobby Doors:  7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Monday - Friday
Garage Elevators:  open 24/7
Main Elevators:  secured 24/7; 6th and 7th floors open 7:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Monday - Friday.
 

2200 Crystal Drive
This building is leased by GSA and is currently closed.  For access please contact the Property Management Office.
 

223 23rd Street
Lobby Doors and Elevators:  6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
After these hours contact the security officer by using the intercom outside the main entrance doors.
 

2221 South Clark Street
Lobby Doors and Elevators: 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., Monday - Friday
 

After these hours, weekends or holidays, tenants must use their Kastle access card or key fob to enter the buildings and access the elevators.
